CULTURED COACHING

I am passionate about helping you reach your full potential. I have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive growth and increase efficiency. I work closely with my clients to understand your unique needs and develop strategies that are tailored to your specific goals. 

There are two coaching options:

1. Freshwater Pearls for women 18 - 29 years of age.  These young adults have transitioned to the next phase in life beyond high school and have been making pivotal decisions addressing strengths, opportunities and passions.

2. Cultured Pearls for women 30 and older.  This phase of life, challenges women to assess where they are currently and what changes need to take place to move in the desired direction.

Both services offer 3-tier plans for flexibility and to help each woman tailor her journey based on the level of service that best meet her needs.  

Every woman is unique and has her own unique talents and skills.  The two coaching options do not suggest or imply that women in one stage or the other should be at a specific time or place in her life. 

Cultured Coaching services are centered in integrity, transparency and excellence. I support and partner with women in their life’s journey to be accountable for their decisions and responsible for their own lives to reach their goals. Our services do not provide mental health counseling that requires  a trained practitioner.  

Cultured Coaching is committed to discovering, developing and supporting each woman to find her "Why" for life.

MY WHY?

I was inspired to start this segment of my business, as a result of the girls empowerment program.  Several women have asked, if I offer a program for women.  Often, they say to me, “Many women need these same principles”. I understood exactly where they were coming from.

As a young woman, I found myself, in a cyclical pattern; making undesirable choices that did not lead me on a path I envisioned for my life.  As much, as I wanted to make the necessary changes, I did not know how or where to start. My attempts were short-lived and I kept reverting back to what I knew, even though it wasn't working.  Does this sound familiar?

I was 30 years old by the time, I finally reached out for help. I looked in the Yellow Pages (goes to show you how long ago that was) and found a place; there, I met two older women; one the age of a grandmother and the other the age of a mother. I attended a class, titled Self-Confrontation on a weekly basis and embraced being mentored for accountability.  Self-Confrontation, that’s a telling name in and of itself. I was exposed to concepts that were foreign to me; moreover, my circle of friends was not living this way.

Their wisdom proved to be invaluable in my life and in the lives of my cohorts. I made critical changes that altered the trajectory of my life and positively impacted the lives of my children.
I believe in and I am passionate about the principles I teach because I live by them. They do work, if you work them.
