P3 Ecosystem™
The P3 Ecosystem™ is Emerald Excellence, LLC ‘s proprietary leadership framework for 8th grade students. It uses the 5-Phase P.E.A.R.L methodology, designed to help young women take irritants and, instead of letting them hurt her, she uses them to build an inner core of emotional intelligence, resilience, and unapologetic power.
OUR Approach
Phase P
Girls identify their irritants. Irritants create opportunities for growth.
We use the natural journey of how a pearl is formed as a blueprint for the girl’s life. She is the oyster, and middle school is the ocean. Sometimes the ocean is calm, but oftentimes it throws irritants in the form of stress, anxiety, and drama—right at her.
Phase E
Girls learn the Pause-Pivot-Power protocol to develop core values to handle irritants in positive ways.
